Verzendbeleid

OOMPH may charge a (refundable) deposit upon purchase of a (rental) service. This will be clearly indicated in the Contracting party's Cart and Checkout. A deposit is refundable as soon as the Contracting party has fulfilled its obligations towards OOMPH: 

• Any product(s) supplied by OOMPH in relation to, or as a part of the (rental) service(s) remain the exclusive property of OOMPH. 

• Immediately after the rented products have been delivered, the Contracting party bears the risk for all direct and indirect damage that may be caused to or by these rented products. The Contracting party also bears the risks of transportation from the moment of delivery. This risk is limited to the amount of the deposit.

• Contracting party is obliged to return the rented products in accordance with what is stated in the agreement. Only after OOMPH accepts the rented products the risks will transfer back to OOMPH.

OOMPH will register the return and make the deposit available for refund. It is the responsibility of the Contracting party to verify that OOMPH has registered the product as returned. 

Products that have not been returned before the festival closes will not be eligible for refund. 

Products may be returned at any time during the festival, by any person. 

A deposit made available for refund will be refunded to the Conctracting party within 30 days after the (rental) service ended.
